- Practice GuidelineClient Intake & Screening StandardsThis guideline prescribes the intake and screening standards expected of non-licensed practitioners certified by AccrediPro University before coaching, educational, or lifestyle-support services begin. It defines the intake record and its minimum contents, sets the criteria by which a prospective client's suitability for non-clinical support is judged, prescribes the protocol for disclosures of crisis or risk, and requires a written scope agreement before the first working session. Its purpose is simple to state: no practitioner should begin work without knowing whom she is working with, what the work is for, and whether the work is hers to do.Reviewed · July 2026
- White PaperCoaching-Led Support in Adult ADHDAttention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder persists into adulthood far more often than twentieth-century clinical practice assumed, and the adult form of the condition is served by a treatment infrastructure built largely for children. Medication, where prescribed, addresses core symptoms but leaves a substantial residue of functional impairment: disorganization, time blindness, initiation failure, and the slow erosion of self-regard that follows decades of unexplained underperformance. This paper reviews the executive-function account of ADHD and the evidence that structured, skills-based behavioral support improves functioning in medicated and unmedicated adults alike. It argues that trained ADHD coaches — non-licensed practitioners working alongside, and never in place of, diagnosing and prescribing clinicians — are a defensible response to a documented service shortfall, and sets out the scope boundaries and training obligations on which that defensibility depends.Reviewed · July 2026

It defines the engagement record and the session record, states what each must and must not contain, sets standards for the language of records, and governs their retention, storage, and confidentiality. Its second half addresses the boundaries of the professional relationship itself — dual relationships, gifts, financial conduct, electronic communication, and the distinction between a boundary crossing and a boundary violation — on the understanding that clear records and clear boundaries are one discipline applied in two directions.Reviewed · July 2026
